What if something was missed, but I don’t want you to come back for one small thing?
That’s completely understandable. We still appreciate knowing about it. We’ll make a note in your account and share it with your cleaner so we can pay closer attention to it during future visits.
What if I forgot to mention something during my estimate?
No problem. If it’s outside your original cleaning scope, we’ll discuss the best way to handle it at a future visit or let you know if additional time is needed.
Do you guarantee every stain will come out?
We wish we could. Some stains, hard water deposits, discoloration, scratches, and permanent damage cannot be removed through routine house cleaning.
What if I have feedback that isn’t about something being missed?
Please tell us. Honest feedback helps us improve, communicate with our team, and provide the consistent service our clients expect.
Do I have to sign a contract?
