We offer weekly, biweekly, monthly, initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning when our schedule allows.

Do you offer recurring house cleaning?

Yes. Recurring cleaning is our main service. We offer weekly, every other week, and monthly cleaning depending on availability and fit.

Can I change cleaning frequencies later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with one schedule and adjust as their family’s needs change.

Do you offer one-time cleaning?

Yes, depending on availability. One-time cleanings are scheduled separately from recurring service and are priced based on the home, condition, and scope of work.

Do you offer move-in or move-out cleaning?

Yes, when our schedule allows. Move-related cleanings work best when the home is empty or mostly empty and ready for cleaning.

How do I get pricing?

Request an estimate and tell us about your home, cleaning needs, and preferred schedule. Pricing depends on the size of the home, cleaning frequency, condition, and scope of work.

Do you give free estimates?

Yes. We provide estimates so we can understand your home and recommend the best cleaning plan.

Why do you need to see the home before giving pricing?

Every home is different. Seeing the home helps us understand the size, condition, priorities, and time needed so we can give realistic pricing.

Is the price the same for every home?

No. Pricing is based on your specific home, cleaning frequency, condition, and agreed cleaning scope.

Do you charge extra for pets?

Not simply because you have pets. Pricing is based on the home, cleaning needs, and how long the cleaning is expected to take.

Cleaners and Quality

Will I have the same cleaner each visit?

Whenever possible, yes. Our solo cleaner model is designed to give clients more consistency and familiarity.

What happens if my regular cleaner is unavailable?

If your regular cleaner is unavailable, our team will communicate with you and help make sure your home continues to receive professional care.

Are your cleaners trained?

Yes. Our cleaners are company-trained and supported by Kristin’s Cleaning systems, communication, and quality expectations.

What if something is missed?

If we accidentally miss something included in your agreed cleaning scope, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to come back and make it right.

What if something was missed, but I don’t want you to come back for one small thing?

That’s completely understandable. We still appreciate knowing about it. We’ll make a note in your account and share it with your cleaner so we can pay closer attention to it during future visits.

Pets, Supplies, and Access

Do my pets need to be put away?

Not always. If your pets are comfortable with us and safe during the cleaning, they can usually stay out. If they are nervous, protective, or likely to slip outside, we may recommend keeping them in a secure area during the visit.

What if my dog barks?

Barking does not bother us. Many dogs bark when we arrive and settle down once they realize we’re just there to clean.

Can pets stay home while you’re cleaning?

Yes, as long as it is safe for your pet and safe for our cleaner. We’ll talk through your pet’s routine during the estimate.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes. We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless something different has been discussed ahead of time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients are not home during their cleanings. We will discuss access instructions before service begins.

Scope and Expectations

What is included in a cleaning?

Your cleaning is based on the agreed scope for your home. During your estimate, we will discuss rooms, priorities, frequency, and any special concerns.

Do you clean inside ovens or refrigerators?

Ovens and refrigerators may be available as add-on tasks depending on the service, condition, and schedule. Please mention them during your estimate.

Do you clean inside cabinets?

Cabinet interiors may be included for certain cleanings when discussed ahead of time. Please mention this during your estimate so we can plan time correctly.

Do you guarantee every stain will come out?

We wish we could. Some stains, hard water deposits, discoloration, scratches, and permanent damage cannot be removed through routine house cleaning.

What services are outside your normal scope?

Heavy trash removal, mold remediation, pest cleanup, biohazard cleanup, restoration work, and construction debris are outside our normal residential cleaning scope.
