Move-in and move-out cleanings are scheduled based on availability and the condition of the home. Heavy trash removal, restoration work, pest-related cleanup, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup are outside our normal residential cleaning scope.

Move cleanings can vary a lot, so we do not treat every home like the same job. We want to know what rooms are included, whether the home is empty, what appliances or cabinets need attention, and what deadline you’re working around.
That helps us give you realistic expectations before the cleaning starts instead of guessing after we arrive.

Do you clean empty homes?
Yes. Move-in and move-out cleaning is often easiest when the home is empty or mostly empty so we can access floors, surfaces, cabinets, and fixtures more easily.
Do you clean inside cabinets?
We can clean inside cabinets when that is included in the agreed cleaning scope. Please mention cabinet interiors during the estimate so we can plan time correctly.
Do you clean inside ovens or refrigerators?
Ovens and refrigerators may be available as add-on tasks depending on the condition and schedule. We will discuss those details before the cleaning.
Can you clean before I move in?
Yes, if our schedule allows. Many clients prefer to have the home cleaned before boxes, furniture, and daily life take over.
Can you clean after movers leave?
Yes. Just make sure the home is accessible and ready for cleaning at the scheduled time.
Do you remove trash or debris during a move-out cleaning?
We can remove up to one standard black trash bag of light household trash or debris as part of the cleaning. Larger amounts must be removed before our team arrives. If additional trash or debris is present, extra charges may apply, and we may be unable to complete the cleaning as scheduled.
Do you guarantee a security deposit return?
No cleaning company can guarantee a landlord or property manager’s decision. We focus on cleaning the agreed areas as thoroughly as possible within the scope and time planned.
