What’s included in a maintenance clean?

  1. Trash and cobweb removal
  2. High/low dusting of ceiling line, fan blades, vents and accessible baseboards
  3. Dust blinds, windowsills, furniture, pictures, décor, including under & behind items
  4. Wipe mirrors, one set of deck doors, front door & other glass top furniture
  5. Clean and shine fronts of large appliances; microwave, inside & out
  6. Sanitize counters, counter top items (under & behind), sink & faucets in the kitchen
  7. Sanitize baths – mirrors, counters, sinks/faucets, toilet inside/out, tub/shower
  8. Spot clean all cabinet and drawer fronts in kitchen and bathrooms
  9. Vac, sweep and/or mop all floors; shake or vacuum rugs
  10. Vac or wipe upholstery as needed

How much does it cost?

Prices for recurring cleans start at $80. Many homes fall in the $100-$125 range. Please feel free to fill out the estimate by email form to receive a personalized quote.

Who will clean my home?

We send two cleaning techs whenever possible to first time cleans, one time cleans, move out cleans, and cleans on larger homes. Otherwise, we will send one to two cleaning techs, depending on factors such as home size and scheduling.

Do I have to be home when you come?

This is completely up to you. Most people aren’t home when we come, but some are. We only ask that you vacate a room during its actual cleaning – it’s difficult to clean around people and pets thoroughly and efficiently.

If I’m not home, how will you get into my house?

Again, this is a matter of preference. Most clients provide a code or key. You can make different arrangements if preferred.

How do I know I can trust your company?

Our company is registered as a corporation and thus licensed to do business in the state of Nebraska. All our employees are background checked and thoroughly trained. We carry liability insurance and bonding to protect our clients from any breakage or loss. We stand behind our work 100% – if you’re not happy with the job we’ve done, we’ll come back and make it right. All client information is kept confidential and we secure all keys at the end of every business day.

When will you arrive?

Cleanings are completed between 8 am and 5 pm, with most of our days ending by 3 pm. We do our best to assign each home to an AM or PM time, but our schedule can change with little notice. If you are first house, we will arrive between 8-9 am. Otherwise, we can provide you with an estimated time of arrival for a particular day if you call or text on the morning of your scheduled cleaning.

What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?

Hopefully, this is not an issue, but if so, simply call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return and correct it free of charge.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via check, PayPal, & Cash App . Payment is due at, or prior to, the time of service. Checks can be made payable to Kristin’s Cleaning Inc.

What areas do you service?

At this time, we do business only in Lincoln, NE. If you live in a nearby city and would like to have us clean for you, please contact us and let us know. We will keep your contact info and get back in touch with you when we are ready to expand to your area.
